G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Cobra B.A.T.

It's been a long while having not blogged about anything G.I. Joe related here on the Cosmic Ark but to be honest for a brief time i fell out of interest in the Joes.

But this is all about to change which you will see in up coming Cosmic Ark blogs because am back on board with them and if all goes to plan am going to have a few new figures to show so keep your eyes out for those.

But the reason for this blog post is one that actually extends out from a post from Michael over at Memories of Toymorrow who was inspired by me to go and pick himself up a original vintage 80s Cobra B.A.T.(Battle Android Trooper).

Now i love the Cobra B.A.T.s they really are my favorite G.I. Joe "Army Builders" and while i never had any as a kid i always wanted one but for some reason never got around to getting any(I had a few of the standard Cobra officers).

Fast-Forward to the present day and behold i have in my collection a Cobra B.A.T. however this one is from the 25th Anniversary G.I. Joes line and is absolutely awesome! Every bit as cool as the original but much better in it's updated design.

If i remember correctly too i have Tony to thank over at Action Figs & Things for sending me this figure which currently sits proudly on my desk next to my MASK Hurricane(I will be showing that soon on the Ark as well).

And i will end this blog post with a quote from AEIOU.....And Sometimes Why's Dex "How can you not love an android killing machine with interchangeable arm weapons?".

  2. To bad they didn't give him the lenticular chest plate like the original but even without it he is still a very cool looking figure.
